For the Dough:

For the Filling:

brown sugar

ground cinnamon

For the Heavy Cream Soak:

heavy cream
use just before baking
For the Frosting:

cream cheese
softened

butter

cup
powdered sugar

tsp
vanilla extract

–2 tbsp milk

Instructions
Make the Dough
Begin by mixing warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a big bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Add butter, egg, and flour gradually. Knead until smooth.
Allow the dough to rise for an hour after covering it.
Prepare the Filling
In a separate small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
Roll the dough into a rectangle, spread some butter on top, and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Roll and Slice
Roll the dough tightly from the long edge and slice into 8 even rolls.
Let Rise Again
Place rolls in a greased baking dish. Let them rise again for 30 minutes.
Add the Heavy Cream
Just before baking, pour the heavy cream evenly over the rolls that have risen.
Bake
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25 to 30 minutes until they are golden brown.
Frost and Serve
Once out of the oven, spread cream cheese frosting over the warm rolls.
