Classic Italian Panini Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ciabatta rolls
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 2 slices mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons pesto sauce
  • Handful of arugula
  • Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Slice the ciabatta rolls in half and brush the inside with olive oil.
  • Spread pesto sauce on both halves.
  • Layer with prosciutto, mozzarella, and arugula.
  • Close the sandwich and grill in a panini press for 3–4 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Pro Tip: Add sun-dried tomatoes for an extra burst of flavor.
