ciabatta rolls

prosciutto

mozzarella

pesto sauce
Handful of arugula
Olive oil
Instructions
Slice the ciabatta rolls in half and brush the inside with olive oil.
Spread pesto sauce on both halves.
Layer with prosciutto, mozzarella, and arugula.
Close the sandwich and grill in a panini press for 3–4 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Serve warm and enjoy!
