Dubai Chocolate Bar

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g premium dark chocolate
  • 50 g milk chocolate
  • 100 g roasted almonds or pistachios
  • 50 g crushed biscuits or wafers
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Gold leaf for garnish to add that Dubai touch! Optional

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

  • Chop the dark and milk chocolate into small pieces for easy melting.
  • Crush the roasted almonds and biscuits into smaller chunks.

Step 2: Melt the Chocolate

  • In a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark and milk chocolate with butter, stirring until smooth.

Step 3: Combine Ingredients

  • Remove the melted chocolate from heat and mix in the condensed milk, vanilla extract, nuts, and crushed biscuits.

Step 4: Shape and Chill

  • Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined tray. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Add gold leaf for garnish if desired.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.

Step 5: Slice and Serve

  • Once set, slice into bars and serve your Dubai chocolate bar with coffee or tea.
