Ingredients
  

  • 200 g semi-sweet chocolate melted
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 10 –12 fresh strawberries sliced
  • Crushed biscuits or cake optional, for base
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Chocolate shavings or gold leaf optional garnish

Instructions
 

Step 1: Melt the Chocolate

  • Melt the semi-sweet chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in short bursts. Stir until smooth and glossy. Let it cool slightly.

Step 2: Whip the Cream

  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Fold in the melted chocolate gently to make a mousse-like texture.

Step 3: Layer the Dessert

  • Start with crushed biscuits or cake at the bottom (optional).
  • Add a layer of chocolate mousse.
  • Follow with a layer of fresh sliced strawberries.
  • Repeat the chocolate and strawberry layers until you reach the top.

Step 4: Chill & Serve

  • Refrigerate the cups for at least 30 minutes. Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings or edible gold leaf for that Dubai-style elegance.
