Mix Dry Ingredients
Combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt in a separate bowl.
Combine Wet Ingredients
Add 1 cup of milk, 2 large eggs, and 2 tablespoons of melted butter or oil to the mashed bananas. Mix until smooth.
Mix Wet and Dry Ingredients
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir gently until just combined (do not overmix).
Preheat the Pan
Heat a lightly oiled non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Cook the Pancakes
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet.
Cook for 2–3 minutes until bubbles appear on the surface.
Flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes until golden brown.
Serve and Enjoy
Keep pancakes warm in a low-temperature oven until ready to serve.
