Ingredients

  • ½ cup frozen mango or pineapple
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk or your preferred liquid

  • 1 scoop protein powder optional for a post-workout boost
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup if additional sweetness is desired

Instructions
 

Blend the Base:
