Instructions
Step 1: Boil the Carrots
Place the baby carrots in a pot of boiling, salted water.
Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the carrots are just tender but not mushy.
Drain the carrots and set them aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Glaze
In a medium skillet or pan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
Stir in 2 tablespoons of honey and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (if using).
Mix well until the honey and butter are combined into a smooth glaze.
Step 3: Glaze the Carrots
Add the boiled carrots to the skillet with the glaze.
Toss the carrots gently to coat them evenly with the honey-butter mixture.
Allow the carrots to cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are fully glazed and slightly caramelized.
Step 4: Serve
Transfer the honey-glazed carrots to a serving dish.
Garnish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley for an extra pop of color.
