Instructions
 

Step 1: Boil the Carrots

  • Place the baby carrots in a pot of boiling, salted water.
  • Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the carrots are just tender but not mushy.
  • Drain the carrots and set them aside.

Step 2: Prepare the Glaze

  • In a medium skillet or pan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
  • Stir in 2 tablespoons of honey and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (if using).
  • Mix well until the honey and butter are combined into a smooth glaze.

Step 3: Glaze the Carrots

  • Add the boiled carrots to the skillet with the glaze.
  • Toss the carrots gently to coat them evenly with the honey-butter mixture.
  • Allow the carrots to cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are fully glazed and slightly caramelized.

Step 4: Serve

  • Transfer the honey-glazed carrots to a serving dish.
  • Garnish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley for an extra pop of color.
