How to make chex mix

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Corn Chex
  • 3 cups Rice Chex
  • 3 cups Wheat Chex
  • 1 cup mixed nuts like peanuts, almonds, or cashews
  • 1 cup mini pretzels
  • 1 cup bagel chips or substitute with any crunchy chips
  • 6 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • teaspoons seasoned salt
  • ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven:

  • Set the oven to 250°F (120°C).

Combine the Ingredients:

  • In a large bowl, mix Corn Chex, Rice Chex, Wheat Chex, nuts, pretzels, and bagel chips.

Make the Seasoning:

  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well.

Mix and Coat:

  • Pour the seasoning mix over the Chex mixture, stirring to coat everything evenly.

Bake:

  • Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even crisping.

Cool and Serve:

  • Once done, let the mix cool to room temperature. Serve instantly or store in an air proof holder for up to two weeks.
