Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice about 2 lemons 🍋
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional for slight sweetness
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano optional for extra flavor

Instructions
 

Step 1: Combine Ingredients

  • In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.

Step 2: Add Olive Oil

  • Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously until the vinaigrette emulsifies and thickens slightly.

Step 3: Taste & Adjust

  • Taste the vinaigrette and adjust the seasoning as needed. Add more honey for sweetness or more lemon juice for extra tang.

Step 4: Store & Use

  • Transfer the vinaigrette to a sealed jar and store in the refrigerator for up to a week. Shake well before each use.
