Instructions
Step 1: Combine Ingredients
In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.
Step 2: Add Olive Oil
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously until the vinaigrette emulsifies and thickens slightly.
Step 3: Taste & Adjust
Taste the vinaigrette and adjust the seasoning as needed. Add more honey for sweetness or more lemon juice for extra tang.
Step 4: Store & Use
Transfer the vinaigrette to a sealed jar and store in the refrigerator for up to a week. Shake well before each use.
