  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, and parsley.
