Equipment

  • Large pot for boiling pasta
  • Strainer
  • Baking sheet or air fryer
  • Mixing bowl
  • Tongs or spatula
  • Parchment paper (if baking)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups of pasta rigatoni, penne, or bowtie work best
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Grated parmesan for extra flavor

Instructions
 

Boil the Pasta

  • Cook the pasta in salted water until it’s al dente (about 2 minutes less than the package instructions). Drain and let it cool slightly.

Season the Pasta

  • Toss the cooked pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of grated parmesan.

Bake or Air Fry

  • Baking Method: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread the pasta on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  • Air Fryer Method: Place the pasta in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

Serve and Enjoy

  • Let the pasta chips cool for a few minutes before serving. Pair them with your favorite dips and enjoy!
