Ingredients

Fresh and Simple Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled and halved
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice about 4–6 lemons
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar adjust to taste
  • 5 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes for serving
  • Lemon and strawberry slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Make the Strawberry Puree

  • Blend the strawberries with 1/2 cup of water until smooth. For a smoother texture, strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds (optional).

Step 2: Mix Lemon Juice and Sugar

  • In a large pitcher, combine freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. If needed, warm 1/2 cup of water slightly to help dissolve the sugar faster.

Step 3: Combine and Chill

Step 4: Serve and Enjoy

  • Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour in your homemade strawberry lemonade, and garnish with lemon slices and strawberries.

Notes

Tip: If strawberries aren’t in season, you can use frozen strawberries — just thaw them before blending.
