Equipment

  • Fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth optional, for smooth juice
  • Jug or glass bottle for serving

Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients (for plain juice):

  • 4 cups fresh watermelon seedless or seeds removed, cubed
  • Pinch of salt optional, enhances flavor

Optional Add-ins (for flavor variation):

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime or lemon juice
  • 5 –6 fresh mint leaves
  • ½ teaspoon grated ginger for a spicy twist
  • ¼ cup cold water or coconut water for lighter texture
  • ½ cup strawberries for fruity mix

Instructions
 

Prepare the watermelon

  • Cut the watermelon into cubes and remove seeds if needed.

Blend

  • Place the cubes in a blender. Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds until smooth.

Strain (Optional)

  • For a clear juice, pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a jug.

Add optional flavors

  • Add lime juice, mint, or ginger as desired. Stir well.

Serve

  • Pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with mint leaves or a slice of lime if desired.
