Ingredients
Base Ingredients (for plain juice):

fresh watermelon
seedless or seeds removed, cubed

Instructions
Prepare the watermelon
Cut the watermelon into cubes and remove seeds if needed.
Blend
Place the cubes in a blender. Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds until smooth.
Strain (Optional)
For a clear juice, pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a jug.
Add optional flavors
Add lime juice, mint, or ginger as desired. Stir well.
Serve
Pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with mint leaves or a slice of lime if desired.
